Meeting Information
Districts Mutual Insurance (DMI) holds regular Risk Manager and Board of Directors Meetings on a quarterly basis. Occasionally the Board of Directors hold meetings via teleconference. Notices of all Board of Directors and Annual Meetings are posted in each District location a minimum of 24 hours in advance of each meeting in compliance with Wisconsin Open Meeting Law.

Current and past agendas and minutes from each of the three types of meetings that DMI holds are posted below. Minutes from the Annual Meetings and Board of Directors Meetings are only posted after they have been approved and accepted by each voting body.
